AccessAccess to outdoor walls is an issue across much of the world. There aren't any organizations in the UAE dedicated to access; it is mostly done on an ad-hoc basis. Rules change all the time here. As of early 2013, the most tricky areas to access are in the Dibba area. Ask around for the current situation. Wonderwall: Access through the Hili border post.
